RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition.
We have the right to check and value the conditions of the returned merchandise, establishing possible additional charges required for the relisting of returned items
We will refund the price you purchased your item at.
We have the right not to accept returned item which are missing their identification tag and /or warranty seal, which have been damaged, worn, washed or if their essential qualitative characteristics have been altered. Unwanted items must be returned in the same conditions as originally sent and in a suitable and anti-tampering packaging
In order to start processing your return you will need to write an email to email@example.com. You will receive a reply from Han River with instructions for the return shipment.
If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the client’s responsibility.
You can return any item for a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your original order. This means the return request and the date of postage must be within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. If not, we could refuse your return at our discretion.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Following the termination of this contract, Han River will refund all payments made by the buyer, excluding delivery / shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day Han River is informed by the customer of the decision To exercise the right of withdrawal.
It is specified that the repayment will be suspended until Han River receives the products returned, requiring control over the integrity of the goods received by the customer.
The customer is required to return or deliver the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date on which he has informed his intention to withdraw from the sales contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Han River, at the sole discretion of the buyer, may offer to the latter, as an alternative to the full refund of the purchase price of the product (s), a purchase voucher, of the same monetary value of the product (s) / I, which can be used by the buyer within one year (365 days) from the issue by Han River of the same voucher.
Products must be returned:
– correctly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or dirty, and equipped with all accessories, operating instructions and documentation;
– have the transport document / tax documentation (in the original packaging) so that Han River can identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address);
– without obvious signs of use. Only for non-cosmetic products will be accepted, for the purposes of the right of rendering, a normal test of the article (specifically the “test” must not lead to a prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time required for the test itself and must not alter The good or the goods purchased to the point of not allowing the resale).
If the returned product does not conform to the requirements of the preceding paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Han River seller provided that the buyer puts in the box the shipping documents / tax documentation for the return provided by the seller and uses the courier indicated by the seller.
Seller will make a refund using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed with the User.
Once the request for refund will be accepted by Han River, the amount to be refunded will be credited back on your credit card within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of acceptance. Our refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
