How much does it cost and how do I subscribe?

Registration is free and simple: simply click the “REGISTER” button and follow the wizard.

Whoever is logged receives an email to the selected address, containing a recap of your credentials and a coupon code to use on your first purchase with us. To buy you do not have to register, but subscribing to the newsletter allows you to access the offers reserved for the subscribers and be always informed of the latest news.

How do I buy a product?

All products offered on Han River can be purchased directly online. You may not have to register for a product but simply enter your Name, Surname, Telephone Number, Email Address and Shipping Address.

Are my products safe during transport?

Certainly, shipments are made via express courier (DHL, TNT and BRT) and our packaging is made up of a cardboard box for shipment, patented and approved by the major Italian and international express couriers, inside which there is absorbent material Which protects the purchased products in turn in an air bubble bag.

Can I order a product by telephone?

No, it is not currently possible. You can buy it completely safely through the pages of Han River. We use PayPal Inc.’s secure payment system.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Paying by Credit Card on Han River is safe and secure because confidential information is not processed by our servers or staff but solely by PayPal secure site and is not kept in any database, either of us or of the bank. The transaction takes place via secure and encrypted connection.

All transactions will be handled through PayPal secure site. You can either pay by logging in into your PayPal account or using major credit cards using the PayPal pop up.

Our site uses the Pay Pal system for credit card payments over the Internet.

The information you provide regarding your credit card details will only be sent to the Pay Pal system.

Therefore, credit card details are processed exclusively by PayPal for the checks required to authorize online payment. The seller (Seller) will therefore not have access to the credit card data but will only handle the buyer’s data (name, surname, address …) necessary for sending the products to your home address.

How long does the delivery take place?

Han River, on average, manages to prepare your order in 24 hrs and then deliver the products purchased within 24/72 h in Italy and 48/96 h in Europe (working days). Orders are shipped via express couriers DHL, TNT or BRT.

Can you check the shipment status?

Yes, when the courier takes charge of the shipment you will receive an email with the tracking information (tracking code).

What should I do if the product I purchased does not arrive?

You can check the shipping status via the tracking link in your account. If you need assistance, you can contact us directly by mail at info@hanriver.eu.

What if an ordered product is no longer available?

In the remote case where an ordered product is no longer available we will refund your order as soon as possible at no extra cost.

Can I receive the invoice for the purchased product?
